The Cleveland Orchestra has named SUSAN HOFFMAN to the newly created post of director, patron relationship management, effective February 16. Hoffman comes to Cleveland from the Adrian (Mich.) Symphony Orchestra, where she has been the orchestra’s top administrator for the past 22 years. She has served on the faculty of the League of American Orchestras’ Orchestra Leadership Academy, as a participant in the League’s Institutional Vision Program, and as vice-chair for the Policy C Group orchestras. Hoffman is a graduate of Adrian College.
