MATTHEW SIMON has been named digital marketing assistant at the San Francisco Symphony. He recently completed a League of American Orchestra marketing fellowship with that orchestra. Simon had earlier worked as audience development associate at the Brooklyn Philharmonic and, before that, in internships with Artistshare, Guitar One magazine, and Hatstack Media Group. Originally from New Rochelle, N.Y., he holds a bachelor’s degree in jazz guitar performance from New York University.
