Renaissance Performing Arts Association, parent organization of the Mansfield (Ohio) Symphony Orchestra, has announced that ROBERT FRANZ will leave his position as music director of the MSO in May 2010. Franz currently holds two other posts in addition to the one in Mansfield: music director, Boise Philharmonic, and associate conductor, Houston Symphony. He recently completed his tenure as resident conductor of the Buffalo Philharmonic Orchestra, and had earlier served as associate conductor of the Louisville Orchestra.
