The Austin Symphony Orchestra Society has announced the resignation of GALEN WIXSON as executive director, effective immediately. A press release from the orchestra states that Wixson is leaving “to pursue other arts management opportunities,” and that the ASO has initiated the search for his successor. ANTHONY CORROA, formerly operations manager, has been named interim executive director.
