The Los Angeles Philharmonic has announced the appointment of CINDY TROIANELLO as director of human resources. She has led HR departments at various entertainment, marketing, and educational institutions and has served as consultant to a number of companies and industries. Prior to entering the HR field she earned a CPA while working at the international accounting and consulting firm Deloitte and Touch, and also served as chief financial officer for companies in the computer animation and motion picture advertising fields. Troianello teaches in the Extension HR Certificate Program at the University of California-Los Angeles, where she also serves on the Board of Advisors. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from California State University-Fullerton.
