RICHARD B. WORLEY, whose election as chairman of the Philadelphia Orchestra Association’s Board of Directors was announced on The Hub last March, began his tenure in that post following the association’s annual meeting in September. Worley is the managing director of Permit Capital Group LLC, and served previously as president and chief executive officer of Morgan Stanley Dean Witter Investment Management. He has served on The Philadelphia Orchestra’s board for a total of nine years—from 1997 to 2003, and from 2006 to the present.
