In Thursday’s (11/12) Buffalo Business First, James Fink reports, “Callers to the Buffalo Philharmonic Orchestra box office at Kleinhans Music Hall may be facing phone problems. BPO officials said the Kleinhans Music Hall phone line (885-5000) is experiencing ‘intermittent phone outages.’ The line has been facing telecommunications problems for the past week. The problems include delays, rapid busy signals and dropped calls. The BPO is working with its telecommunications vendor to resolve the technical issues. The phone remains operational, although BPO officials [say] callers should be cognizant of the potential issues. Tickets are also available online at www.bpo.org. The BPO has the opening of its Viennese Festival concerts this weekend with performances set for Friday and Saturday with JoAnn Falletta conducting the orchestra.”
