California’s Riverside County Philharmonic has appointed BARBARA LOHMAN executive director; she had been serving in that post on an interim basis since last February. As a communications and marketing professional, Lohman has held senior positions with several marketing and public relations firms, as well as such organizations as the Wallace Readers Digest Funds, the National Youth Orchestra Festival, the Youth Orchestra of the Americas, the Smithsonian Institution, and Liz Lerman Dance Exchange in Washington, D.C.
