Indiana’s Fort Wayne Philharmonic has announced that it will donate up to 500 tickets to area nonprofit organizations for its December 10 holiday pops concert. The orchestra will give the tickets to nonprofit organizations, which will turn them over to clients and families who would not normally be able to attend a Philharmonic concert. Nonprofits can request up to 30 free tickets for their organization, and they can also request reduced-price tickets for their staff members. Samantha Teter, Fort Wayne’s director of marketing and public relations, stated that the orchestra hoped the giveaway would “allow many of the clients and families of area nonprofits to have a happier holiday season.”
