The Van Cliburn Foundation, based in Fort Worth, Tex., has announced the appointment of MAGGIE ESTES as director of marketing, effective April 8. A native of Fort Worth, Estes has nine years of marketing and public relations experience, most recently at the University of Texas at Arlington. She worked previously as marketing director of Bass Performance Hall in Fort Worth. Estes is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin, and she currently serves as marketing chair for the organization Fort Worth Sister Cities International.
