Alann Sampson, chairman of the Van Cliburn Foundation in Fort Worth, has announced the appointment of KARLA DIEB CROSS as director of finance. A native of Fort Worth, Cross is a Certified Public Accountant with a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Texas at Arlington. She has worked as a corporate controller, public accountant, and investment accountant with such firms as LifeSynch, Bass Enterprises, and Carlson Capital, L.P.
