Florida’s Orlando Philharmonic has announced that TAMAS KOCSIS, its concertmaster since September 2004, will step down from that post following his performance with the orchestra on August 9. Kocsis has been named concertmaster of the Ulster Orchestra in Belfast, and was also recently knighted as a commander in the Military and Hospitaller Order of Saint Lazarus of Jerusalem.
