California’s Orange County Youth Symphony Orchestra has announced four staff appointments: MORGAN HUGHES BECKETT, general manager; WILLIAM FITZPATRICK, coordinator of strings and chamber music; JACOB VOGEL, coordinator of winds and brass; and RYAN CURRY, director of external affairs.
