In Friday’s (8/20) Oklahoman (Oklahoma City), David Stanley Ford reports, “The Oklahoma City Philharmonic is recruiting people interested in classical music to join Overture, an organization designed to promote orchestral performances, educational programs and community service activities. … Membership in Overture affords participants various opportunities to support orchestral music through social interaction. Members are eligible to receive tickets to three designated Overture concerts, attend pre- and post-concert events, enjoy special group seating at certain concerts, early bird ticket offers and networking opportunities with philharmonic board members and corporate sponsors.”
