Pennsylvania’s Kennett Symphony of Chester County has announced the appointment of BARB BULLOCK as executive director. She has held management, fund-raising, and marketing posts at Wilmington’s OperaDelaware, Grand Opera House, and Delaware Theatre Company, and worked in the banking sector as an account executive at Bank of America and as assistant vice president at Wilmington Trust. Bullock received a bachelor’s degree in theater with a minor in voice from Shenandoah University (formerly Shenandoah Conservatory of Music) in Winchester, Virginia.
