The Rochester Philharmonic Orchestra has announced the appointment of NICOLE PHILIPP as public relations specialist. She goes to Rochester from the Pittsburgh Symphony Orchestra, where for the last five years she was director of media relations. Philipp holds a degree in print journalism from Pennsylvania State University.
