At the Intersection of Mission and Business Model

At the Intersection of Mission and Business Model was written by The Saint Paul Chamber Orchestra, at the request of the League, for the purpose of sharing knowledge and information about SPCO’s on-going work around ticket pricing. It is a snapshot of the SPCO’s journey from traditional ticket pricing structure to one that significantly lowered prices at all their venues. 

The League is very grateful to the SPCO and Jessica Etten, Director of Marketing & Communications, for all the work involved in bringing this forward to League members.
