The Grammy Foundation has announced details of this year’s grant programs, which support organizations and individuals annually that advance the archiving and preservation of the music and recorded sound heritage of the Americas for future generations, as well as scientific research projects related to the impact of music on the human condition. The deadline for submission is October 1. The Grammy Foundation was established in 1989 by The Recording Academy to cultivate the understanding, appreciation, and advancement of the contribution of recorded music to American culture.
