Friday’s (9/10) Richmond Times-Dispatch (Virginia) reports, “The Richmond Symphony has named Frazier Millner, the Richmond Times-Dispatch’s vice president of audience and content development, as its new director of advancement and patron communications. In the senior leadership role, she will oversee all marketing, public relations and communications, sales and fundraising activities for the Symphony. Millner has been a member of the Richmond Symphony’s Board of Directors since 2005, and she also served as chairwoman of the marketing and strategic planning committees. Millner has been with the Times-Dispatch for eight years. She started as promotions manager in July 2002, then was promoted to director of product innovation and strategic marketing before taking her current role in January. … Richmond Symphony Executive Director David Fisk said, ‘I am delighted to welcome Frazier into this position of leadership within the Richmond Symphony’s senior management team. We will clearly benefit from her extraordinary combination of experience and expertise and from her passion for the Symphony’s mission and programs.’ ”
