DCM, a Brooklyn-based teleservices company supporting the sales and fundraising efforts of not-for-profit organizations throughout the U.S., has announced the appointment of PHILLIP MATTHEWS as account executive. Matthews, who began work at DCM in late September, brings to the firm two decades of experience in senior-level posts at nonprofit organizations. He worked most recently at TRG Arts, where he was senior consultant for community programs, and had earlier been director of audience programs for Theatre Communications Group, the national service organization for not-for-profit theatres in the U.S. Matthews has also served as director of marketing for New York City’s Circle Repertory Company, and as marketing manager for the Broadway productions of Angels in America. He holds a bachelor’s degree in communications from the State University of New York College at Fredonia.
