The Cincinnati Symphony Orchestra Board of Directors has selected attorney MELODY SAWYER RICHARDSON as chair for 2010-11. She succeeds J. MARVIN QUIN. Admitted to the bar in New York, New Jersey, Ohio, and Kentucky, Richardson worked at a Wall Street law firm before returning to her native Cincinnati to become vice president and general counsel of Cincinnati Arts Association. She holds a master’s degree in social work from Ohio State University, an MBA from Rutgers School of Management, and a JD from Rutgers Law School.
