PAUL BROOKS has been named interim executive director of the Syracuse (N.Y.) Symphony Orchestra. Most recently executive director of the Syracuse Technology Garden, an organization dedicated to spurring economic growth through business development, he brings more than three decades of management experience in strategic and emerging business development, marketing communications, sales, and team building. Brooks is a native of Syracuse and a graduate of Syracuse University, where he received a bachelor’s degree in accounting and a master’s in marketing management.
