The Boulder (Colo.) Chamber Orchestra has appointed WRENN C. ERICKSON managing director. She brings to the post extensive background in business and nonprofit management as well as vocal performance. Erickson built a $14 million advertising agency in Atlanta that was sold in 2000 to TMP Worldwide, parent company of Monster.com, and she also served as executive director of the Foundation of the Royal Children’s Hospital in Melbourne, Australia. As managing director of the Bach Choir of Pittsburgh, Erickson took the organization from near bankruptcy to a strong financial position over a three-year period. Her vocal career has included serving as a paid soloist with the Duke University Choir.
