ERIC MARSHALL has been named director of patron services and ticketing at the Austin (Tex.) Symphony Orchestra. He goes to Austin from Erie, Pa., where he served as patron services and technology manager, as well as marketing and development associate, at the Erie Philharmonic. Marshall holds a bachelor’s degree in vocal performance from Mercyhurst College in Erie, and pursued graduate studies in business administration at The Behrend College of Pennsylvania State University.
