JONATHAN TYMAN has been named operations manager of the Ann Arbor (Mich.) Symphony Orchestra. A local independent filmmaker, he will work with the orchestra’s marketing team as videographer in addition to supporting concert activities through his duties in stage planning and equipment management. Also announced by the Ann Arbor Symphony was the appointment of LINDSAY BLACKWELL as administrative assistant. She is a recent graduate of the University of Michigan with a background in graphic design and social media, and will be assisting the orchestra’s marketing department as well as its business office.
