The Milwaukee Symphony Orchestra has announced that DOUGLAS M. HAGERMAN, senior vice president, general counsel, and secretary of Rockwell Automation, has been elected chairman of the MSO Board of Trustees. He succeeds CHRIS ABELE, who recently stepped down from that post to pursue his campaign for Milwaukee county executive. Hagerman has been a member of the MSO board since November 2007, including service as an at-large member of the Executive Committee. A certified public accountant with training in both economics and accounting, he graduated summa cum laude from Drake University and cum laude from Harvard Law School.
