Boise Philharmonic Music Director ROBERT FRANZ has signed a new five-year contract that extends his tenure in that position through the 2015-16 season. Franz has served as music director of the Boise Philharmonic since 2008. He is also associate conductor of the Houston Symphony, where he has led the orchestra in a broad range of education and family concerts.
