Sciolino Artist Management has announced the appointment of MOLLIE ALRED as associate. Prior to joining the Manhattan-based firm she maintained a career as a freelance harpist and held internships at the Zach Theatre (Austin, Tex.) and in the New York office of music publisher Boosey & Hawkes. Alred first explored arts management during her studies at the University of Texas at Austin, where in 2008 she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in music, a Bachelor of Science in public relations, and a Performance Certificate in harp. As an undergraduate she also worked as a retreat coordinator at UT-Austin, managing a large staff of student volunteers.
