HEIDI KELLEY has been appointed executive director of the Abilene (Tex.) Philharmonic. She served most recently as marketing director of the Southwest Florida Symphony and Chorus, based in Fort Myers. Originally from Michigan, Kelley graduated from Texas Tech (Lubbock, Tex.) with a bachelor’s degree in advertising and commercial art, and subsequently earned an MBA from that institution. While in Lubbock she served as interim marketing director of the Lubbock Symphony Orchestra.
