The Portland-based Oregon Symphony has announced two senior-level management appointments. PAUL MOREDOCK will join the orchestra staff on May 31 as senior vice president for development. His career in development has included posts with Portland’s Lewis and Clark College, United Way of Portland, the University of Washington School of Law, and Western Oregon University. JIM FULLAN has been named vice president for communications, marketing, and sales, effective June 27. Fullan’s experience includes seventeen years with Portland Opera, the last eight of them as director of communications and marketing. He is the founding editor of Mendocino Magazine, and has also worked as director, college development, for Tillamook Bay Community College in northwest Oregon.
