Atlanta Symphony, Braves team up for music appreciation night

A report Friday (7/22) on CBSAtlanta.com states, “The Atlanta Braves are teaming up with the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra for the first time for music appreciation night at Turner Field. The event will precede the Aug. 17 game against the San Francisco Giants. Members of the Atlanta Symphony Youth Orchestra will perform the National Anthem before the game. Pre-game activities include an ‘instrument petting zoo’ where fans can see, hear, touch and play various instruments and an education panel where guests can to listen to music and sports panelists talk about how music has impacted their lives and careers. These activities are free for ticketholders.”
