The music publisher Boosey & Hawkes has added a free, searchable perusal score area at its website, comprising just under 500 scores from the Boosey catalog. Among the operas and scores available for immediate viewing by registered users are works by Bartók, Bernstein, Britten, Copland, and Stravinsky; leading contemporary figures such as John Adams, Louis Andriessen, Harrison Birtwistle, Elliott Carter, Osvaldo Golijov, Magnus Lindberg, and Steve Reich; and emerging composers Michel van der Aa, Oscar Bettison, Enrico Chapela, Anna Clyne and Sean Shepherd. Additional scores will be added regularly, and Boosey will continue to provide physical perusal scores upon request. For more information visit the Boosey website.
