A report in Tuesday’s (9/13) Post-Crescent (Appleton, Wisconsin) states, “Roseanna Cannizzo was named the new executive director of the Fox Valley Symphony Orchestra Association on Monday. She will lead all operational aspects of the adult and youth orchestras, from fundraising to ticket sales. Cannizzo is the organization’s fourth full-time executive director. Cannizzo brings several years of experience in arts management. She served as director of conservatory admissions at Lawrence University, where she also had responsibility for the Artists and Jazz Series. Cannizzo also worked in the artistic operations department and had other managerial responsibilities with the Milwaukee Symphony Orchestra.”
