Governance as Leadership: Reframing the Work of Nonprofit Boards is an online Executive Education program offered by Harvard Kennedy School. This intensive course is designed specifically for executives of nonprofit organizations who want to tap into the full array of talent and energy within their boards. The course offers ideas, frameworks and tools both to support high-value governing by boards and to help executives master the challenges of “leading while governed” — or working alongside a truly engaged board.
