The Round Rock (Tex.) Symphony has named GRANT GILMAN associate music director and TOBY BLUMENTHAL artistic director of chamber music. Gilman has served as resident conductor of the Astoria (N.Y.) Symphony. Blumenthal has led chamber-music series in Pennsylvania, New York, and Florida; she is also a performing pianist and president/CEO of Luzerne Music Center in Lake Luzerne, N.Y., a summer camp she co-founded in 1980.
