Thursday’s (10/27) New York Times features an obituary of Michal W. Schmidt, who died October 22. “Founder and President of Schmidt Artists International, Inc., Michal Schmidt died at New York Presbyterian Hospital of complications from breast cancer and rheumatoid arthritis. Born and raised in Tel Aviv, she showed an early aptitude and passion for classical music, and after completing her service in the Israeli army, she subsequently attended Tel Aviv University and graduated from New York University.
