As a Youth Orchestra Executive Director in your first two years of service, we wanted to make sure you knew about a learning experience the League has designed specifically for you. Beginning in December, the League is offering you direct access to two seasoned Executive Directors of Youth Orchestras who will provide you with a wealth of knowledge on how to most effectively lead your organization. You don’t want to miss this opportunity!
This program is offered in a series of six monthly, 90-minute discussions via telephone designed specifically for incoming executive directors of youth orchestras.
This Mentoring Circle is a unique opportunity to connect with other executive directors of youth orchestras who have the same questions and are facing similar situations as you. Co-facilitated by Marjorie Hahn, executive/musical director, South Florida Youth Symphony, and Steven Payne, executive director, Youth Orchestras of San Antonio, this guided peer-to-peer learning offers networking, sharing, and personal insight from an experienced leader.
