Join us in New York City January 28-30 for Orchestra Leadership Academy and the Mid-Winter Managers Meeting.

This year’s Orchestra Leadership Academy seminar, Aligning Money & Organizational Strategy: Beyond Breakeven will take place Saturday, January 28th from 1:00 to 6:00pm and Sunday, January 29th from 8:00 am to 12:30pm. This seminar will unlock the mysteries of balance sheet analysis specifically for orchestras, highlighting the leading indicators of strength, weakness and risk, and how to connect money and strategy. You will learn how to look at your own orchestra’s financial position using this approach, to engage leadership teams and other stakeholders in a deeper conversation about your strategy and the ways in which your financial position informs your degree of risk.

Mid-Winter Managers Meeting (Sunday, January 29—Monday, January 30, 2012) will include reflections on the state of the field from Jesse Rosen as well as an update on Beyond Breakeven from Susan Nelson, principal, Technical Development Corporation. More details about the Mid-Winter Managers Meeting sessions will follow shortly.
