OPERA America, the New York-based national service organization for opera, has appointed LAURA LEE EVERETT artistic services director. She goes to the organization from the Maryland Opera Studio at the University of Maryland, College Park, where she served as studio manager for ten years. Honolke has two decades of experience in opera production and stage management at opera companies nationwide. She received her training in voice and piano at Appalachian State University in Boone, N.C.
