PHILLIP S. FRICK has been elected president of the Wichita (Kan.) Symphony Society Board of Directors. A retired attorney with the firm of Foulston Siefken, he has been a member of the orchestra’s governing board since 1978, including a previous term as president during the 1988-89 season. He succeeds DELMAR KLOCKE, who completed his one-year term in January.
