The Kansas City Symphony has announced the appointment of NOAH GELLER as concertmaster beginning with the 2012-13 season. He has been a member of The Philadelphia Orchestra for the past four seasons, and for two of those he fulfilled the role of acting assistant concertmaster. Past positions include concertmaster, Tanglewood Music Center Orchestra; principal second violin, Civic Orchestra of Chicago; and concertmaster, Juilliard Orchestra. Geller received his bachelor’s and master’s degrees from The Juilliard School.
