Iowa’s Des Moines Symphony has appointed ELAINE FOGDALL development and special events manager. She served most recently as development director and development consultant for Ballet Des Moines, and has been active in Des Moines as a school and community volunteer since moving to that city in 2005. Fogdall previously spent three years at the Minnesota Orchestra as donor relations and special events manager. She is a native of Oak Park, Illinois, and a graduate of Macalester College in St. Paul, Minnesota.
