Join us June 5-8 for the League’s National Conference in Dallas for four days full of learning, outside perspectives, and networking with your peers. We have three not-to-be-missed General Sessions, the first of which is:

How Labor and Management Came Together at the Ford Motor Company

The United Auto Workers and Ford Motor Company have achieved a new level of constructive and collaborative labor relations. Sacrifice and flexibility were required from everyone, and the benefits to the company and union seem amply evident. Orchestras will hear from the union and management leaders who were in the forefront of this effort, and take away key lessons in building strong relations. Marty Mulloy, vice president of labor affairs, Ford Motor Company and Jimmy Settles Jr., vice president, United Auto Workers will be addressing attendees.
