People who work for orchestras have all types of educational backgrounds, career paths, titles and a diverse range of roles and responsibilities. Some people work for small orchestras and wear multiple hats; some people work for larger orchestras where their job is very specific. Each and all have a passion for music and value what they contribute to the orchestra organization and the role of the orchestra in their community.
