The Arts Education Partnership has launched ArtsEdSearch.org, a new online research and policy clearinghouse documenting educational outcomes of arts learning for students and teachers. The site is designed to be an accessible, easily understandable advocacy resource for research and policy information. The ArtsEdSearch homepage is laid out in a matrix framework that organizes the content into research findings on outcomes of arts education for students and educators, and in the context of in-school and out-of-school arts education. Findings on specific topics are subdivided into six age-level rows: early childhood, elementary school, middle school, high school, postsecondary, and adult and lifelong learning.  In addition to the ArtsEdSearch matrix, the site’s tools include multiple advanced search functions. The Arts Education Partnership was established in 1995 and is supported by the U.S. Department of Education and the National Endowment for the Arts in cooperation with the Council of Chief State School Officers and the National Assembly of State Arts Agencies.
