He performs the Viola Concerto in G-Major by Georg Philippe Telemann and Bela Bartok’s Viola Concerto. Other pieces include ‘Victory at Sea’ by Richard Rodgers and the ‘Armed Forces Salute.’ … On March 12, the orchestra is in the spotlight with ‘Westward Ho!’ Compositions include Elmer Bernstein’s ‘The Magnificent Seven,’ Ferde Grofé’s ‘Grand Canyon Suite,’ Aaron Copland’s ‘Billy the Kid Suite’ and ‘Rodeo: Four Dance Episodes’ and other western-themed favorites. ‘Eine Kleine Mozart Musik’ is April 16 with the orchestra performing Mozart’s overture to ‘The Marriage of Figaro,’ ‘Eine Kliene Nachtmusik,’ overture to ‘The Magic Flute’ and Piano Concerto No. 21 in C-Major.
