ARLEIGH J. ALDRICH has been named manager of marketing and public relations for the Wichita (Kan.) Symphony Orchestra. Since January 2010 she had held the part-time position of marketing and public relations associate with the orchestra. Aldrich has also worked as an account coordinator for Apples & Arrows in Wichita. She holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Wichita State University and has served as served as student orientation coordinator at WSU. A professionally trained cellist, Aldrich has played in the orchestra’s cello section since 2007. She is a board member of Chamber Music at the Barn, based in Maize, Kan.
