ANTHONY BOATMAN has been appointed interim executive director of the Boise Philharmonic in Idaho. He served as the orchestra’s executive director from 2000 until his retirement in 2010, and had previously held management posts at the San Antonio and Fort Worth symphony orchestras in Texas; at the Saint Paul (Minn.) Chamber Orchestra; and at the Washington (D.C.) Chamber Symphony. The Boise Philharmonic will conduct a search for a permanent executive director this fall.
