The Columbus Symphony Orchestra in Georgia is one of five southeastern U.S. nonprofits recently selected to receive free marketing services from LWT, a marketing firm based in Montgomery, Alabama, following a two-week voting campaign on LWT’s Facebook page. Each of the five will receive marketing services during CreateAthon, LWT’s annual 24-hour pro bono event, held this year on September 20 and 21. Among the marketing services provided are strategic planning, brand development, copywriting, print advertising, website design, and broadcast and social media campaigns. The other four nonprofits selected in the Facebook campaign are Aid to Inmate Mothers (Montgomery, Ala.), Sight Savers America (Montgomery, Ala.), Gulf Coast Exploreum Science Center (Mobile, Ala.), and Judge Ben Gordon, Jr. Family Visitation Centers (Destin, Fl.).
