Are you a female orchestra executive director or department head working full-time while being a full-time mother? Would you like to connect with peers who work every day to balance the competing pressures, demands, and passions of career and family? Then this Mentoring Circle is for you!
This program is offered in a series of six 90-minute discussions via telephone. Facilitated by Rachel Fine, executive director of the Los Angeles Chamber Orchestra and mother of two young children, these guided peer-to-peer discussions will offer opportunities for personal insight, networking, and sharing. Limited to eight participants.
The call schedule will be from 1:00 to 2:30 pm Eastern time on September 21, October 19, November 16, December 14, January 18, and February 15.
